All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can then check the status of your order on the carrier website.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (Europe) or 20 days (all other regions) after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@amoriboutique.com with your name and order number. We will look into it for you. Please allow us 2 business days maximum. 

In the case you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@amoriboutique.com.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@amoriboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We accept returns and cover shipping fees up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

For all returns, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
